Why is aluminum more difficult to penetrate?
1. Shorter workpieces are fine, but if it exceeds 100mm, it will be a headache.
Since the material of aluminum is relatively soft, it will be easily oxidized to form alumina during processing, resulting in a short circuit, and processing cannot be carried out.
General aluminum processing
For aluminum parts that are generally not high, increase the pulse width, slow down the tracking, and increase the gap capacitance, there is no problem. Some users directly lift the machine head by hand for processing, which is fast and efficient.
For demanding and high aluminum parts or aluminum alloy processing
